Perisoare de pui la cuptor

300 g Carne de pui (piept), 1 ou, 1 ceapa, 2-3 linguri cascaval ras, 4-5 fire patrunjel, 150 g unt, 50 g pesmet.

Dai carnea de pui prin masina de tocat, o amesteci cu oul, verdeata si ceapa tocata marunt. Formezi perisoarele, le dai prin pesmet si le pui intr-un vas termorezistent, pui restul de unt, cascavalul si patrunjelul. Dai la cuptor circa 30 minute. Se pot servi cu legume sotate.
